The Falcons were injury riddled last season. Mike Smith and company look good this season ready for a rebound. I got Matty Ice at 10-6.
Top Offensive Rookie: Devonta Freeman: RB: This guy is a monster a good kid with a great attitude and loving life learning from S-Jax. Freeman will get a good bulk of carries due to S-Jax getting old and often injured thanks to his brutal run style and so many career carries. Freeman can catch and he can find holes with a quick cut this kid will be pretty big for the Falcons this season.
Top Defensive Rookie: Prince Shembo: LB: Prince is a monster I am seriously shocked after this preseason this guy isn't higher on the depth chart honestly. But he will get in the first team quick. Shembo has looked so good worked so damn hard to start this year. He will get in there soon enough and once he does he will be a recognized linebacker in the league.
Most Crucial Offensive Player: Julio Jones: WR: Julio is the 4th best receiver in the league. Could break in higher this season if he can stay healthy for all 16 games he could put up insane numbers with his QB being Matt Ryan. Julio has the potential to be what carries his team to the playoffs. Julio will make Roddy and Harry Douglas' life so much easier this season. Which in return helps Matt Ryan and S-Jax.
Most Crucial Defensive Player: Desmond Trufant: CB: Desmond is a great corner for any NFL team to have and a defense like Atlanta that struggled hardcore last season needs a good reliable corner. He will really help be a leader and someone the Falcons NEED to stay healthy this season to keep their pass defense solid it wont be great but it will be good enough to win except maybe facing Drew Brees.
Sports give us as the human race something to cheer for and support and give hope to all of us.
