ville Week 4 of the NFL: Week 4 is here and that means the first bye week of the year is here as well as the first game overseas. The Packers and Eagles will be taking a week off this week while the Colts and Jags will be headed to Wembley Stadium in England.
Colts (1-2) vs. Jaguars (0-3): The first game of the year to take place in London and it should be an offensive shootout. Luck vs. Bortles. Allen Robinson vs. T.Y. Hilton. Frank Gore vs. TJ Yeldon. This game is going to be a game to watch if you’re an offensive type game fan. I hear rumblings that if the Colts lose Chuck Pagano can take an extended vacation in England because he might be out of a job. This game will come down to whoever’s defense can make a stand in the final 5 minutes of the game. Jaguars win 34 – 30 over the Colts.
Seahawks (2-1) @ Jets (1-2): The Seahawks offense came to life last week which is about 3 weeks earlier than normal my only worry is can Russell Wilson be Russell Wilson with a sprained MCL. The Jets still have Ryan Fitzpatrick who struggled against a great defense last week and I could see a repeat this week. Seahawks win 28 – 13 over the Jets.
Bills (1-2) @ Patriots (3-0): Congrats to the Bills for the biggest upset so far in 2016. The Patriots though are too good especially in Foxboro even if I was playing QB they could beat Rex Ryan this year in New England. Tyrod will still get 20 some points in fantasy but just won’t be enough against the Patriots. Patriots win 31 – 23 over the Bills.
Titans (1-2) @ Texans (2-1): No leader for the Texans anymore somebody is going to have to step up without JJ Watt and maybe it can be Hopkins or Clowney but it needs to be someone. The Titans though I feel bad for these guys, worst record in football last year and they have a tougher schedule than the Ravens do. It just boggles my mind sorry Titan fans here is another loss. Texans win 20 – 14 over the Titans.
Browns (0-3) @ Redskins (1-2): Josh Gordon wasn’t due back just yet but now he has hurt the Browns even more entering rehab and might have caused another distraction in his organization. The Redskins are coming off an upset win over the Giants. I think there is something to be said though about Hue Jackson as a coach and Cody Kessler as their QB. UPSET ALERT Browns win 27 – 24 over the Redskins.
Panthers (1-2) @ Falcons (2-1): The Panthers are the favorite on the road after losing at home to a Vikings team without their starting QB or RB? Have these people seen what Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman can do? Yeah no thanks Falcons win 30 – 27 over the Panthers.
Raiders (2-1) @ Ravens (3-0): AGAIN WHO MAKES THE BETTING ODDS?!?!?! The Ravens are the favorite after beating 3 teams with a combined record of 1-8? I don’t care if they are at home they got lucky 3 straight weeks. Raiders win 29 – 20 over the Ravens.
Lionts (1-2) @ Bears (0-3): The Lions looked good at times in Lambeau last week and I think they
will do the same in Chicago this week except they won’t be playing the Packers, they are playing arguably the worst team in the NFL. The Bears are without Cutler and without Langford their defense is just horrendous this won’t be any prettier than last week. Lions win 36 – 20 over the Bears.
Broncos (3-0) @ Buccaneers (1-2): This game will be another ugly one for Winston as he seems to be struggling with turnovers this year especially against good defenses. The Super Bowl champs just need to go to Tampa this week and play their style of football and they should walk out with a 4-0 record. Broncos win 25 – 16 over the Buccaneers.
LA Rams (2-1) @ Cardinals (1-2): The Cardinals are struggling to find themselves. The only thing they know for sure is David Johnson is the real deal. Only issue is, can he run against this defensive line. The Rams are the scariest team in the league in a way, they have no offensive weapons outside their RB, Todd Gurley, yet they are still scoring points and winning games. Jeff Fisher just continues to amaze me, I thought this team would be 0-3 by now. Nonetheless not this week Jeff, Cardinals win 29 – 20 over the Rams.
Saints (0-3) @ Chargers (1-2): Drew Brees heads back to visit his old club and his protégé. Rivers vs. Brees should be a fun one. I think we shall see no defense in this game and we could see the highest scoring game this year right here. I am going to sound crazy but here is my call. Chargers win 45 – 42 over the Saints.
Cowboys (2-1) @ 49ers (1-2): Two terrible defenses and one good offense collide in San Fran this Sunday and the outcome should favor the road team. The Niners are just going nowhere fast as Chip Kelly gets a visit from an old rival team. Cowboys win 31 – 17 over the 49ers.
Chiefs (2-1) @ Steelers (2-1): I remember the days where I could see this game and go oh yeah defensive showdown but now its going to be Steelers offense vs Chiefs defense. Who wins? I think the Steelers avenge the embarrassment of their loss against the Eagles. Steelers win 27 – 23 over the Chiefs.
MNF (8:30 PM/EST):
Giants (2-1) @ Vikings (3-0): Defense vs Defense. Odell will probably throw another bitch fit and fight the kicking net again as he will be facing the toughest defense in the league this week on the road. The Vikings have this magic to them under Mike Zimmer and I think in their beautiful new dome they will shine against the Giants. Vikings win 26 – 20 over the Giants.

Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars (London). This should be a decent game to watch. It'll be in London, so that will lend an air of randomness to the matchup, also noteworthy is the fact that this game starts at 9:30 AM EST. The Jaguars are actually the better team in this matchup if you ask me. The Colts have started out 1-2, and the Jaguars are finally finding their stride on offense. I think the Jaguars take this one. Final score: Jacksonville Jaguars 27, Indianapolis Colts 24.
Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons. My head tells me the Panthers no this matchup, but my gut is telling me the Falcons in this game. With Stewart out with injury, the Panthers offense loses a critical component, one which will make this game much easier on the Falcons defense. Atlanta wins. Final score: Atlanta Falcons 24, Carolina Panthers 21.
Oakland Raiders @ Baltimore Ravens. I get it. The Ravens are 3-0. But are they a better team than the Raiders? I think that Oakland is the superior team in this matchup, and I think Oakland takes home this game, handing Baltimore their first loss of the season in Baltimore. Raiders win. Final score: Oakland Raiders 27, Baltimore Ravens 21.
Detroit Lions @ Chicago Bears. I have to go Detroit here. The Bears just have too many injuries at the moment. As of right now, this is a team with far too many holes to plug. Detroit should win this game in a close one. Final score: Detroit Lions 21, Chicago Bears 20.
Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans. No JJ Watt? No problem. The Texans defense is still a dominant unit, and should take care of business at home against the Titans. Tennessee is a team on the rise, but they're not quite ready to beat the Texans yet. Texans win. Final score: Houston Texans 24, Tennessee Titans 10.
Buffalo Bills @ New England Patriots. Almost went with the Bills here, but with no Sammy Watkins again, this becomes a much tougher game to call. I keep leaning towards Buffalo, but the way Bill Belichick is coaching so far this season, I have to go with the Patriots at home. Final score: New England Patriots 21, Buffalo Bills 20.
Seattle Seahawks @ New York Jets. This game comes down to medical reports. The Seahawks are without Thomas Rawls, and Russell Wilson is dinged up. That gives the Jets' already stout defense a nice advantage at home. This is going to be a tough, well-fought defensive game, but I think the Jets squeak out this one at home. Final score: New York Jets 17, Seattle Seahawks 14.
Cleveland Browns @ Washington Redskins. Two of Marvin Lewis' former offensive coordinators from Cincinnati, Hue Jackson and Jay Gruden, face off in this matchup. Which of these coaches will win this one? I have to go with the Hue Jackson led Cleveland Browns. This is an offense that finally found its stride last week, and Terrelle Pryor emerged as a potential superstar. The team will ride that momentum this week and finally break through for a nice win in Washington. Final score: Cleveland Browns 35, Washington Redskins 27.
Denver Broncos @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Trevor Siemian broke through last week against the Bengals for a huge game. He builds off of that momentum this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Denver Broncos win yet again. Final score: Denver Broncos 28, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 27.
LA Rams @ Arizona Cardinals. I expect the Cardinals to rebound in a huge way this week against the Rams after a tough week last week. Cardinals should dominate in this matchup. Final score: Arizona Cardinals 27 LA Rams 14.
New Orleans Saints @ San Diego Chargers. The Chargers are actually shaping up to be a pretty decent football team, and this offense could have a really nice game against the Saints defense. Drew Brees loses to his former team as the Chargers roll. Final score: San Diego Chargers 38, New Orleans Saints 28.
Dallas Cowboys @ San Francisco 49ers. I once again respectfully refuse to pick the 49ers to win a game due to Colin Kaepernick. I respect his right to an opinion, but until he does something other than call attention to himself for his cause, I can't get excited about his team. If this game was the San Francisco 49ers vs. the Kickapoo Junior Pee Wee Waterboys, I'd pick the Waterboys. Cowboys win. Final score: Dallas Cowboys 35, San Francisco 49ers 27.
Kansas City Chiefs @ Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs and the Steelers both get their star running backs back this week for a huge matchup with playoff implications. The Steelers are coming off of an embarrassing loss against Andy Reid's former team the Eagles as his current team the Chiefs come to Pittsburgh to visit. I think they go off and play a solid game. They win in a close one. Final score: Pittsburgh Steelers 28, Kansas City Chiefs 27.
New York Giants @ Minnesota Vikings. Difficult game to pick but I have to go with the Vikings. Minnesota is the better team across the board, even given their injuries on offense. I expect their defense to keep this one close as they win at home. Final score: Minnesota Vikings 21, New York Giants 20.
