Top Offensive Rookie: Ryan Grant: WR: This 5th round rookie out of Tulane isn't the RB that used to run for the packers. The Redskins used everyone often and everywhere last season at receiver. Ryan automatically has a chance to step up and get some receptions. He wont be huge for the Skins but he will be effective and have an impact.
Top Defensive Rookie: Trent Murphy : OLB: Trent is a second round pick and is a steal there. He is going to be a good player for the skins the only issue this season and seasons to come is well. He is behind Ryan Kerrigan who obviously is to good to sit. But Trent will get playing time on the field and make impacts all season long. I wouldn't expect any big numbers from him but expect consistent performances all season long that will prove he was worth the pick in the second round and worth spot places in the first team D.
Most Crucial Offensive Player: Alfred Morris: RB: The days of cloudiness are gone. No more wondering what is going on with Shanahan coaching. Alfred will be the steady work horse in Washington this point forward and with all the questions going on at the QB position he needs to be the reliable workhorse on the team to get this team moving. To me he is crucial to picking up wins this season. Alfred is such a good RB that this pressure being put on his shoulders will only motivate him to outperform himself.
Most Crucial Defensive Player: Deangelo Hall: CB: The shut up or get shut up CB. Hall seriously is an INT machine. I just beg of him to stay clean with any incidents this season and play the way he can play. He is a top 10 CB every single season. He gets no love because he plays on a team where he is overshadowed by RGIII. I will truly say he is what carries this defense no offense to my man Orakpo but Hall is an absolute dominant force of nature. He can turn a game on its ear in about 2 seconds.
